In the 1950's Spartan Trailer Coach made beautiful Aluminum Trailers with names like Mansion, Royal Manor, Imperial Villa, and finally in 1960 the 10' x 50' Crescendo. These top of the line trailers and others manufactured by New Moon, featured in the Long, Long Trailer starring Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, were created to put in a trailer park. Thus this plate celebrates the Travel Trailer as the Mobile Home of the 50's.
